Product Description

1. Softening Feathers and Epidermis. By immersing poultry in hot water, the keratin layer at the feather roots is softened, loosening the connection between feathers and skin, which facilitates subsequent mechanical or manual de-feathering.  
2. Sterilization and Cleaning. Scalding at appropriate temperatures reduces microbial contamination on the poultry surface, enhancing hygiene and safety.  
3. Improving De-feathering Efficiency. Proper scalding significantly reduces skin damage during de-feathering and maintains the integrity of the carcass.
