                  Large all-inclusive Spiral Pre-Cooling Machine
       The Large Containment Spiral Pre-Cooling Machine is designed for cooling poultry carcasses after
evisceration. This equipment ensures efficient cooling, deacidification, detoxification, and improved
yield rates. We offer both large and semi-containment types to meet different customer needs. Semi-containment
options include diameters of φ1600, φ1800, and φ2000, while large containment options include diameters
of φ2000, φ2500, and φ3000.

      The machine features a spiral propulsion system and an air-blowing system for uniform and thorough
cooling of poultry carcasses, such as chickens and ducks. The pre-cooling time is customizable according
to production capacity requirements. The equipment is equipped with a frequency converter to adjust the
working speed, matching the production pace and meeting various product needs. The theoretical propulsion
speed of the propeller is 960mm/min.
